Adding more lines to your existing account is quick and easy via your online portal.
Step 1: Log in to your Online Dashboard.
Step 2: Click the Add SIM button (left hand menu).
Step 3: Follow the step-by-step guide to place your next order.
Step 4: Confirm your details to place the order. Physical SIMs will be dispatched via Royal Mail, while eSIM QR codes will be generated instantly.
💡 Important Notes:
Order Limits: Each individual order is limited to 2 SIMs. If you need more than two additional SIMs, simply complete your first order and then repeat the process for the next batch.
Billing: All additional SIMs will be linked to your main account and charged to your existing payment method for easy management. You will be billed in line with your existing renewal date.
