We aim to make your transition as seamless as possible. Here is what you can expect during the porting process:
Before the Transfer: You can continue to use your number with your current provider right up until the moment the transfer begins.
During the Transfer: You may experience a brief period of service disruption (usually lasting only a few minutes) as the number moves between networks.
After the Transfer: Once the port is complete, your service will resume immediately on your OnSIM SIM card.
We recommend keeping your OnSIM SIM card handy on the day of the transfer. If you notice your old SIM has stopped working, simply insert your new SIM to begin using your service.
