Yes! You can have one primary business number that rings across multiple mobile devices simultaneously. This is achieved using a Hunt Group.
How it Works
Incoming Calls: When someone dials your main business number, every SIM card in the group rings at the same time. The first person to answer takes the call. Alternatively, you can choose to have phones ring in a specific order. For example, the call can ring the first person for a set number of seconds; if they donβt answer, it moves to the second person, and so on, until the call is answered or sent to voicemail.
Unified Outbound Caller ID: Every SIM in the group can be configured to display your main business number when making outgoing calls. This ensures that when customers call you back, the call returns to the whole team rather than a specific individual.
Direct Dials (DID): Even though you are part of a group, each SIM still has its own unique direct number. You can give this to specific contacts if you want them to reach you directly without ringing the entire team.
Pricing & Plans
It is important to note that each SIM card operates on its own dedicated connection.
Individual Plans: Plan allowances (minutes, SMS, and data) cannot be shared between SIMs.
Cost Example: If you require 3 SIM cards in a Hunt Group, each requires its own plan.
Example: 3 x Base Plans (Β£10.00 + VAT) = Β£30.00 + VAT per month.
