Our standard bundles are designed for UK-wide usage. Here is everything you need to know about calling destinations outside of the UK.
1. Are International Calls Included?
No. Calls to international numbers are not included in our standard minutes and SMS bundles. These calls are charged at a per-minute rate based on the destination country.
2. Why are International Calls Blocked?
By default, international calling is blocked on all new accounts. We do this as a security measure to protect our customers from accidental high charges or fraudulent activity.
3. How to Enable International Calling
If you need to make international calls, you can request to have this restriction lifted. This requires a formal review by our team:
Required Documentation: You must complete the International Calling Request Form found at the bottom of this guide.
Approval Process: Once completed, please return the form to support@onsim.uk.
Account Review: Our accounts team will review your application to determine if the restriction can be lifted for your account.

International rates vary significantly by country. If you would like to know the cost of calling a specific destination:

Provide the name of the country and, if possible, the area code you wish to call.
Our team will provide you with the current per-minute rate.
