Using Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds a vital layer of security to your ONSIM portal. We highly recommend this for all users, particularly those using our Call and SMS Recording services, to protect sensitive data.
You can learn more about the benefits of 2FA in our blog post here.

â Troubleshooting & FAQ
What happens if I lose access to my authenticator app? If you lose your phone or delete the app, you must pass manual security verification. This usually requires a video call with our team to verify your identity against your ID.
Tip: Remember to migrate your authenticator app data when switching to a new mobile phone!
Is 2FA mandatory? Not yet, but we strongly recommend it. For security purposes, we may make this feature mandatory in the future.
