Buying through ONSIM
We recommend purchasing your hardware directly through us.
Plug-and-Play: Handsets purchased from ONSIM come fully provisioned. This means the setup is included in the price; you simply plug the phone into your internet, and it works immediately.
Using Existing Hardware
If you already own a handset or have purchased one from a third party:
Compatibility Check: Please email support@onsim.uk with the make and model to ensure it can connect to our servers.
Provisioning Fee: Devices not purchased through ONSIM will be subject to a remote provisioning fee to cover the technician's time for manual configuration.
