Wi-Fi Calling allows you to make and receive crystal-clear calls and text messages over a Wi-Fi connection when your cellular signal is weak or unavailable (such as in basements, rural areas, or thick-walled buildings).
OnSim fully supports Wi-Fi Calling at the network level. Follow the steps below to ensure it is active on your specific device.
Before You Start
Check your Connection: Ensure you are connected to a stable Wi-Fi network.
VoLTE Connection: Wi-Fi Calling works hand-in-hand with VoLTE. Ensure you have followed our [VoLTE Setup Guide] first.

How to tell it's working: You will usually see a small telephone icon with a Wi-Fi symbol next to it in your status bar at the top of the screen.
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Does it cost extra? No. Wi-Fi calls are treated exactly like standard mobile calls and come out of your existing minute bundle.
What if I don't see the option? If the Wi-Fi Calling menu is missing, your device may need a software update, or it may not be a supported model. Please contact support@onsim.uk if you need us to check your device compatibility.
