Check your Email: Look for an email sent to the address you used during registration.
Wait 10 Minutes: While usually instant, please allow up to 10 minutes for the network to process the request.
Check Spam/Junk: Automated emails containing QR codes are sometimes flagged by filters. Please check your junk folder.
Still Missing? If you cannot find the email after 10 minutes, email support@onsim.uk. Our team can verify your details and resend the activation QR code.
Physical SIM Cards
Physical SIMs are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class and sent to the registered address on your account.
Delivery Timeline: Please allow 3β5 working days for your SIM to arrive.
Missing After 5 Days: If 5 working days have passed and your SIM has not arrived, please email support@onsim.uk.
Our Process: We will verify your shipping address and immediately dispatch a replacement SIM at no extra charge.
