During the Order Process
Our intuitive signup flow allows you to customise your service in three easy steps:
Select Your Plan: Choose the plan and data that best fits your business needs.

Choose Your SIM Type:
eSIM: Best for instant activation on compatible devices.
Physical SIM: Best for standard handsets or if you prefer a traditional setup.
Confirm your device type: select details of the device you are going to use the SIM in.
Choose Your Number: Select a brand-new number from our UK-wide database or choose to bring your existing mobile or landline number over to ONSiM.
Payment & Delivery
Initial Payment: Your first monthβs service fee is collected at the time of signup to activate your account.
eSIM Delivery (Instant): Your QR Code will be sent to your registered email address immediately after your order is confirmed.
Physical SIM Delivery (3β5 Working Days): These are dispatched via Royal Mail. Please allow standard shipping times for your SIM to arrive at your business address.
