Zoiper is a free VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) softphone that allows you to take your ONSIM business calls on the go. Follow the steps below to get connected.
1. Download the App
Search for "Zoiper" in your device's app store or use the links below:
2. Get Your Credentials
Before you begin, you will need your unique SIP Username & Password.
Action Required: Please email support@onsim.uk to request your credentials if you do not already have them.
3. Configuration Steps
Open Zoiper: When prompted, grant the app permissions (Microphone, Contacts, etc.) to ensure it functions correctly.
Navigate to Accounts: Tap the Settings icon (bottom right) → Accounts.
Add Account: Tap the + (plus) icon in the top right.
Manual Setup: Select Yes (when asked if you have an account) → Manual Configuration → SIP Account.
Enter Details: Fill in the fields provided by the ONSIM support team and tap Register.
4. Verification
If configured correctly, the status will display as "Registration OK". You can now navigate back to the home screen and start making calls.
⚠️ Important Information
App Support: ONSIM does not develop Zoiper. We provide support for your connection settings only. For app-specific bugs or usability issues, please contact Zoiper directly.
Receiving Calls: By default, the app must remain open to receive calls.
Push Notifications: To receive calls while the app is closed or in the background, you must purchase the "Push Notifications" add-on within Zoiper’s "Premium Features."
Billing: Any in-app purchases are paid directly to Zoiper. ONSIM cannot assist with Zoiper billing or subscription charges.
