Bria Enterprise is a high-performance VoIP softphone. It is a "provisioned" service, meaning your settings are managed by ONSIM in the cloud. You will need a User Name and Password generated by our team to log in.
1. Download the Application

Note: If these direct links do not automatically start your download, please log in to your Bria Enterprise Portal using the credentials provided by ONSIM to find the latest download files.
2. Installation & Permissions
Open the downloaded file and follow the on-screen installation prompts.
Grant Permissions: Once installed, launch Bria. You may be asked to allow the app to access your Microphone and Camera. You must accept these for the software to function.
3. Logging In
When the application opens, you will see the Bria Sign-In screen.
Enter the Username and Password provided by ONSIM.
Click Sign In.
Bria will automatically download your configuration. Your phone line is ready when the status icon (usually in the top corner) turns green.
⚠️ Important Information
License Required: This software will not work without an active license purchased through ONSIM. Standard SIP details cannot be entered manually into the Enterprise version.
Support: We provide full technical support for Bria Enterprise configuration to all active ONSIM customers.
