Linphone is a free, open-source VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) softphone that allows you to use your ONSIM services directly from your computer or mobile device.
1. Download the Application
To get started, download the version of Linphone that matches your current device:

2. Request Your Credentials
You will need a specific SIP Username and Password to connect your ONSIM service to the app.
Action Required: If you don't have these yet, please email support@onsim.uk and our team will provide them for you.
3. Configuration Steps
Once Linphone is installed, follow these steps to get connected:
Launch Linphone: Open the application on your device.
Select Account Type: On the welcome screen, look for and select the heading "USE A SIP ACCOUNT".
Confirm: Tap/Click "I Understand" on the following notice.

Enter Credentials: Input the SIP details provided by our support team. Your screen should look similar to the example image below:
Username
Password
Domain (onsim.uk or provided server)
Finalize: Click the USE button.
4. Start Calling
Your softphone is now ready! You can use the Search Bar to find existing contacts or use the Dial Pad to enter a phone number manually.

Third-Party Software: ONSIM does not develop Linphone. While we are happy to help ONSIM customers with their connection settings, we cannot provide support for the app’s internal features or software bugs.
