Terminology | Meaning |

Cancellation Period | We require 30 days notice if you wish to cancel your plan. The 30 days start from the date we receive your written cancellation request (this can be done via email). |
Direct Dial/ DDI | This is your direct number that people would ring to speak to you directly (not the one for the hunt group if you have one) |
Early Termination Fee | A fee which is applied if you choose to terminate your plan without the 30 day cancellation period or is applied if we need to cancel your services due to non payment |
Extension Number | If you have more than one user, we can assign extension numbers to each to make it easier when you transfer calls between the users in your group |
Failed Payment Fee | This is a fee which is charged in the event that your monthly payment via card or direct debit is declined |
Handset | This refers to either the mobile phone you have inserted the SIM into |
Hunt Group | If you have more than one user you can also set up a hunt group so that calls will come into the hunt group number and any user assigned to the hunt group can pick up the call |
Pro-Rata Payment |
This is a payment for a partial month. For example, if you activated your account on the 17th July, you would be billed on the 17th July for the period from 17th July - 31st July (15 days). The formula we use for this pro-rata payment is: monthly plan fee / 30.5 x Number of days left in the month

A system of diverts which can be set up around your office hours so that outside of these times the calls can automatically go through to another number/straight to voicemail |
User | The term given to each SIM. For example if you have 2 SIMs you would have 2 users |
