If you would like to change your number please create a support ticket by emailing support@onsim.uk
The information we need from you is as follows:
- The area code for the new number that you would like, we can then send you a list of available numbers in this range to choose from
- Confirmation that we can release the old number once the new number is applied to your account
If you would also like to keep your old number for inbound calls this can be done for £1 + VAT.
Please note that it can take up to 24 working hours for the change to complete and we will confirm via email once your number has been changed.
