Initial payment
When you activate your account or add a new user/SIM, you will be charged a pro-rata payment on that day for the remainder of the month you are in.
For example, if you activated your account on the 17th May, you would be billed on the 17th May for the period from 17th May - 31st May (15 days).
The formula we use for this pro-rata payment is:
monthly plan fee / 30.5 x Number of days left in the month
Monthly payments
You will then be billed on the 1st day of every month from then on. Please ensure you have sufficient funds in your account to cover the monthly payment on this date as failed payments may incur additional charges.
Call charges
If you exceed your monthly allowance or have charges outside of your plan inclusions, these are billed two months in arrears. For example on the 1st July you will be billed for any extra charges from May.
Please note that if you choose to cancel your plan, you may receive further invoices for call charges due to this.
Cancelling
The cancellation terms on our plans are 30 days from the date we receive your request. Please note your final payment may be a pro rata to cover the remainder of your cancellation period. For example if you cancel on the 28th of the month your next payment on the 1st will not be for the full monthly plan amount.
