Our data resets on the 1st of each month.
Some handsets allow you to monitor your data usage and provide warnings when you are nearing your monthly data limit, you will need to set this up to be in line with our billing cycle starting on the 1st of each month. Please refer to your handset user guide for details on how to set this up.
If you would like to check how much of your data allowance you have used so far this month, please email our support team (email@example.com) to request this information.
Please note that all data used over your plan allowance is chargeable at the out of bundle data rate. If you are unsure of how much monthly data you have, this can be found on your monthly invoice or by emailing our support team (firstname.lastname@example.org) to request this information.
What can I do if I need more data?
If you need more data for 1 month, we can provide you with a 1GB top up. To request this please email our support team (email@example.com) . This will give you an extra 1GB of data allowance for the month you are in. Please note that the top up will expire at the end of the month and will not carry over to the following month.
If you need more data every month you can upgrade to another plan which has more data. To request an upgrade please email our support team (firstname.lastname@example.org) and include details of the plan you wish to upgrade to.
