If you are an existing customer and would like to add another SIM to your existing account you can do this by emailing our support team (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Each SIM on your account will need their own plan and can not share allowances. For example if you had 2 SIMs and chose the Base account this would be 2 x £10 + VAT.
When sending the email to request additional SIMS please include the following details
- Number of additional SIMs required:
- Address to send the SIMs to
- Area code which you would like for the SIMs
- If you only currently have 1 SIM on the account and would like to add more, would you also need a hunt group (1 main number which when calls come in route calls through to all SIMs on the account so the call can be answered on any SIM)?
