Transferring a call on your Mobile
You can transfer your call in two ways using your Mobile, either blind or assisted.
Blind transfer:: A blind transfer forwards your call directly to another party as if they called the transfer number themselves. You will not get to speak to the person you are transferring the call to before the call is transferred.
Whilst in a call you can perform the following steps to transfer a call to another person:
1. Dial *21 followed by the number you wish to transfer the call to
Assisted Transfer:: The assisted transfer allows you to speak to the person you are transferring the call to before you complete the transfer. This is useful if you are unsure if the person you are transferring the call to is available or for screening calls or passing on information you have already been given by the caller.
Whilst in a call you can perform the following steps to transfer a call to another person:
1. Dial *22 followed by the number you wish to transfer the call to (please note the other person in the call will hear beeps/generic hold music as this is determined by the network the SIM is on and not our platform)
2. To complete the transfer and connect the two partied, please hang up.
To cancel the attended transfer after the call has been answered by the other party, or voicemail, dial *23 to be returned to the original call.
