Inbound calls going straight to voicemail

If VoLTE is not enabled, outgoing calls may fail to connect and all incoming calls will go to Voicemail.

VoLTE needs to be enabled on your device at all times to use the Onsim service. Please note that if you factory reset or reset your network settings you will need to re-enable VOLTE. 

If you are having issues making or receiving calls, the first thing you should check is that VoLTE is enabled.

*On Android devices, the settings and operating systems vary slightly from one model to another. Below you'll find the most common settings to enable VoLTE.

Apple iPhone (Multiple Sims on Device)

1. Go to Settings
2. Mobile Data/ Mobile Service
3. Under "SIMs"  tap Onsim Sim
4. Tap Voice & Data.
5. Tap the VoLTE toggle to turn it on. 

Apple iPhone (Only Sim on Device)

1. Go to Settings
2. Mobile Data / Mobile Service
3. Mobile Data Options
4. Tap Voice & Data.
5. Tap the VoLTE toggle to turn it on.

Samsung Galaxy

1. Go to Settings
2. Tap Connections
3. Mobile networks.
4. Tap the VoLTE calls toggle to turn it on. 

Google Pixel

1. Go to Settings
2. Select network and internet
3. Select Internet
4. Select the settings cog next to the relevant SIM
5. Turn on the VOLTE slider, change preferred network type to LTE,
