You can choose to display your landline or mobile number when making calls, or you may even want to display your main office number.
By default your caller ID will be set to the landline number you choose for the SIM (or mobile number if you opt to not have a landline).
If you would like your caller ID to be updated to another number you would need to request this by emailing our support team (support@onsim.uk).
Please note that if the number you want to display is not one we hold for you we would need additional information & signed instructions from you. This would then need to be signed off by our compliance team before we are able to update your caller ID.
