You can use the dashboard to change the number for a simple divert on your line.
If you need to add or change more complex diverts, such as with time of day routing or diverting to multiple numbers you will need to email email@example.com to ask us to set these up for you.
To change a simple divert, please login to your dashboard here - https://my.onsim.uk/
Once you have logged into the dashboard, please click Users (left hand side of the page) and then select the User you would like to add the divert for.
You can then either click 'Diverts' from the menu or scroll down to the right settings.
Diverts use two of the settings depending on how you want the divert to work.
First you need to check that your Incoming call answering mode and your timeout duration is correct, if you have made any changes, please ensure you press Save Changes.
To change the divert number you then need to update the Forwarding Number in the Call Forwarding section.
Please ensure that the number you enter for the forwarding number is in the correct format e.g. 44xxxxxxxxxx and not 0xxxxxxxxxx and note that you can only forward to UK inclusive numbers.
Once the number has been updated please click Save Changes.
