To set up your account and activate your SIM, please go to https://onsim.uk/activate/
If you have not yet set up your account, please click the 'NEW ACCOUNT - SIGNUP' button.
You then need to, fill in this form to complete your account and once done, please click the create account button:
Please note that if the email address has already been used for a previous account you will need to login to your existing account and it will not allow you to create a new account.
You will then be taken to your dashboard:
The first thing you need to do is add a payment method, to do this please click the green 'Add new payment method' button in the banner at the top of the page.
You will then be taken to the billing page, and you need to click the '+Add a card' button
This will then bring up the payment form, please enter your card details and then press save card. If there are any problems with adding your card details, these will be shown just below the Save Card button.
You may then be asked to approve this in your banking app, the transaction amount at this time would be 0.00 as you have not yet added any services.
Once you have added your card details, please click Dashboard on the top left of the screen to go back to the main page.
To activate your SIM, please click the 'New SIM' button if you have ordered and received a Physical SIM or 'New eSIM' if you have ordered an eSIM and your device is eSIM compatible.
You then need to complete the form as follows and once done please click Next. Please note that if you are activating an eSIM, the SIM ID field will not come up as you will not have physical SIM ID details to enter.
This will then take you to the confirmation screen, please check all details are correct before clicking Activate SIM.
You will then be taken to the users screen which should show your pending order (in orange).
One of our team will then process your request, please note activations can take 1 working day (9-5 Mon-Fri). Once activated you will receive an email from our support team to confirm that your service is set up and your SIM is ready to use (and for eSIMs will also receive the QR code to set up your SIM).
