If you would like to change your outbound caller ID (CLI) so that for example it displays your main office number rather than your direct dial for outbound calls, please email support@onsim.uk to request this.
Please note that we can only change the outbound caller ID to a number which you own. If it is not a number that is held on our network, we will request further evidence to show that this is a number held by you and will only be able to change the outbound caller ID to that number if we are certain that it is your number.
This is a useful feature when you have multiple SIMs for one company and want them all to all call out displaying the main number so that when a customer returns your call it can route via your main hunt group.
