If you would like to cancel your account, please email support@onsim.uk to request this.
All cancellation requests must be sent via email to support@onsim.uk
Please note that there is a 30 day cancellation period which starts from the day we receive your cancellation request via email.
For security reasons, the email request must come from the email address we have on file for you and we can not process your cancellation if requested by telephone.
Please note that you may receive further invoices after the end of the cancellation period for any call charges outside of your plan inclusions for the past two months as we bill for the call charges in arrears. For example, on the 1st August we bill for any additional call charges for the period 1st - 30th June.
