If you would like to cancel your account, you can either do this on your online dashboard or by sending an email to support@onsim.uk to request this.
TO CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT ON THE DASHBOARD
Login to your account at app.onsim.uk
Click settings from the menu on the left hand side of the page.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and complete the last section:
REQUESTS SENT VIA EMAIL
All cancellation requests must be sent via email to support@onsim.uk. For security reasons, the email request must come from the email address we have on file for you and we can not process your cancellation if requested by telephone.
Please note that when your account is cancelled all numbers held will be released and we can not get these back. We can not process a cancellation on an account which has an outstanding balance on it, this would need to be paid first.
