If you need to change the postal address we hold on file for you, this can be done by either logging into your dashboard or by emailing our support team (support@onsim.uk) with confirmation of your new address.
TO CHANGE VIA DASHBOARD
Please login here
Once you have logged into your dashboard, click settings on the menu on the left hand side of the page.
To update your address, please enter your new address in the basic information section.
Please ensure you press save changes once you have made the changes.
TO CHANGE VIA EMAIL
For security reasons, please ensure the email is sent from the current email address we hold on file for you and please include your full name and company name (if applicable). Please note that we may ask further security questions to ensure that this request is being sent from the account holder.
